The Bkean Foundation, established on October 22, 2004, dedicated over a decade to conducting comprehensive sociological and economic research aimed at understanding the root causes of extreme poverty, hunger, inadequate education, poor health, and severe deprivation, particularly among African children. The findings of this extensive research revealed that the primary contributors to these issues were pervasive widespread institutional corruption and vested interests both locally and internationally. These forces aimed to exploit African nations, deliberately impoverishing their populations to maintain control over valuable resources.
In response to these critical findings, the Bkean Foundation developed the BKEAN Ideology, a solution-oriented approach to address poverty in Africa. Central to this ideology is the adoption of the business franchise system, recognized for its proven success in providing sustainable self-employment opportunities.
