Ngozi Adaeze Nwauwa is a highly accomplished and dedicated Immigration Attorney, recognized for her extensive experience in providing legal counsel and representation to clients nationwide. 

Adaeze is a skilled professional in corporate banking law, committed to delivering exceptional results. Beyond her legal expertise, she has devoted her career to promoting economic independence and abating poverty in Africa through her visionary leadership at the BKEAN Foundation. 

As a strong advocate for sustainable practices and environmental conservation, Adaeze is driven by a passion to make a positive impact on both the legal field and the broader global community.

Education:

Ngozi Adaeze Nwauwa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Keele University, Staffordshire, England, where she specialized in Law. She further honed her legal skills at New York Law School, New York, USA, earning admission to the New York State Bar and the Federal Bar in July 1992. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Keele University, where her thesis, "Third World Development of Underdevelopment," showcased her early commitment to social justice and global development.

Work Experience:

Adaeze's career as an Immigration Attorney spans from 1992 to the present. In this role, she has provided comprehensive legal services to clients seeking immigration assistance, successfully representing them in immigration court proceedings and administrative hearings. Her skills in developing and executing strategies to navigate complex immigration laws and regulations have earned her a reputation for excellence.

Adaeze has also served as a Corporate Bank Attorney in New York, NY, advising corporate clients on legal matters related to banking and finance. Her responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research to ensure compliance with banking regulations, and representing clients in negotiations and dispute resolution.

Not-for-Profit Leadership:

A true trailblazer, Adaeze founded the BKEAN Foundation for the Abatement of Poverty in Africa in 2000. Through this groundbreaking organization, she has revolutionized the approach to poverty alleviation in Africa. Adaeze has developed sustainable and pragmatic assistance programs that promote economic independence, including franchise-style systems in food stability, paper and packaging production, and energy production. Her advocacy for environmental benefits and climate change abatement is reflected in the foundation's innovative business practices.

As the founder of the BKEAN Foundation, Adaeze also assumed the role of Researcher from 2009 to 2019. During this time, she conducted extensive research on effective strategies to propagate the foundation's ideology, analyzed data and trends to inform decision-making, and collaborated with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

In addition to her work with the foundation, Adaeze founded Read Agricultural and Manufacturing Industry Ltd in 2009, a manufacturing entity based in West Africa. In this role, she oversaw the production of various products in multiple factories, demonstrating her deep understanding of the critical role of reliable energy in industrial operations.

Ngozi Adaeze Nwauwa is not only a legal and business professional but also a passionate advocate for social change. She has presented talks on radio and television to raise awareness about poverty alleviation and sustainable practices. Adaeze has actively participated in policy-making discussions with organizations such as NERC Policy and JDPC. Her extensive travels throughout West Africa, including the Republic of Benin, Togo, Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Ivory Coast, have enriched her understanding of regional challenges and opportunities.

Adaeze's commitment to her home country is evident in her advisory role in rice sufficiency initiatives in Nigeria, contributing to efforts to reduce importation. Fluent in English and Igbo, she embodies the values of multiculturalism and effective communication.

 Christopher Oparah

Christopher  Oparah's life has been marked by a dedication to serving his immediate constituents and the wider public. He is a multi-gifted and talented individual, proficient in various fields relevant to human development and advancement. 

As an industrialist, he pioneered the development,  design, and fabrication of machines and equipment used in the medical cotton wool and disposable surgical materials sectors within the West  African sub-region.

Additionally, he has played a key role in the design and fabrication of machinery and equipment currently utilized in  Nigeria's Agro-industry value chain. He is credited with assisting in the establishment of over twenty small and medium-scale industries in  Nigeria.

Heading the "Gifted Hand Engineers and  Fabricators," a volunteer group dedicated to designing and fabricating machinery and equipment that support indigent youth entrepreneurs,  underscores his commitment to community development.
As an author,  Oparah has authored several novels, including "End of Terror," published by University Press PLC in 2014. This novel serves as his contribution to reaching the hearts of youths and steering them away from violence towards embracing a peaceful culture.  

As a community worker and NGO enthusiast, Oparah single-handedly sponsored the distribution of "End of Terror" to school libraries without charge,  demonstrating his unwavering commitment to engaging youths with his message of peace. Even when faced with threats to his life, which demanded a halt to further distribution of the novel, he implemented practical safety measures but ensured that distribution continued unabated. 

Furthermore, as a content creator,  Oparah is the brand owner of the Nigeria Beer Drinks Festival, the Eko Lagos  Beer Drink Festival, and the Recharge Card Buy-Back initiative.
He holds an LLB (Law) degree from Nigeria National Open University and possesses multiple diplomas and certificates in project management,  branding, and other relevant fields. 

He has participated in and led numerous workshops and trade fairs, both locally and internationally.  

Oparah is a fellow of the Institute of Business Executives and has received an award of excellence from the Small and Medium Enterprises  Development Agency of Nigeria. He is also a devout lover of the Most  High. 

  Matthias N. Udeonu  

Matthias Nnaemeka Udeonu is a Catholic priest who studied Philosophy and Theology at Bigard Memorial Seminary Enugu, affiliated with the Pontifical Urban University Rome. 

He was ordained on July 13, 2002, and returned to his home diocese of Awgu in 2005. Throughout his over two decades of priesthood, Father Udeonu has held various significant positions within the church, serving as a pastor in multiple parishes and playing a pioneering role in several diocesan committees and councils in the Diocese of Awgu. 

He is particularly recognized for his commitment to acts of mercy, love, and obedience. Father Udeonu has dedicated himself to humanitarian work, focusing on providing shelter for indigent families, rebuilding and equipping schools, feeding the less privileged, offering medical assistance, and regularly visiting and distributing necessities to the needy. in society.

He aspires to expand his humanitarian efforts through the BKEAN Foundation For The Abatement of Poverty in Africa, aiming for a larger and more sustainable impact.
